Barbara Malmström is a leadership consultant based in Helsinki, Finland.

An acknowledged expert in the field of systemic coaching, Barbara is also well recognised in the field of leadership development.  She is certified by Infosyon as a Professional Facilitator of System Constellations in Organisations (International Forum for System Constellations in Organisations Barbara has coached global executives from a diverse range of organizations. She works as a facilitator for (management) teams and individuals.

For the past two decades Barbara has been helping individuals and organisations achieve wellbeing and outstanding results by designing and implementing learning solutions.

How do we find the right things?

The world of Systemic Consultancy is the most powerful approach I have experienced over my career. How to reveal hidden dynamics in organisations has lead me to studies at Bert Hellinger institute in Stockholm (Sweden) and Groningen (Holland) to appreciate in depth and master the world of dynamics within organisational systems. It is very powerful to facilitate a strategic session where the client finds the true factors that will enable them to successfully drive their business. A constellation is a fast and revealing method that enables clients to see, experience and to take ownership of actions in their business.

It is time to upgrade our thinking to a new level.

So how do we do things right?

Doing is much about leadership. How we do things. For almost two decades I have had the honour of working around the globe with fantastic leaders, facilitators and professors to increase awareness and boost positive and successful behaviours within organisations. For me the purpose of leadership is to foster the alignment of knowledge, behaviours and commitment in an organisation.
