For strategic development of the management team, the systemic approach fits very well. Essentially leadership is about clarifying the complex world into tangible actions. The systemic approach used here enabled us to focus on those factors essential for success and the relationships between those factors, which is what any management team needs to focus on. Barbara acted as strategy development facilitator for our management team. She forced us to focus on those factors which were essential for us to implement our strategy. A constellation made us realise the actions we needed to undertake in order to successfully achieve our goals.
